Introduction
Source Material The Physical Model of Life is based on the description of life and history as contained in Scripture. This subject is found throughout Scripture but has special emphasis in the book of Genesis.
Scope The physical Model of Life examines that which can be observed using the five senses and through scientific inquiry. This typically will not include a cause and effect relationship because the cause is usually found in the spiritual which, by definition, is outside of the area of science. It is the effects themselves that are studied to see if what is observed in the physical world agrees with what is written in Scripture or can be predicted from it. This deals with all branches of science including astronomy, biology, physics, and zoology.
Overview The Physical Model of Life states that Elohim (the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob) created the Heavens and the Earth in seven days by speaking them into existence.

Hypothesis Stated that there was a worldwide flood that covered the face of the earth for about one year (buried and destroyed almost all life about 4500 years ago).
Prediction Fossils should show catastrophic and rapid formation, clearly defined kinds of plants and animals with no transition forms in between, both simple and complex organisms from the beginning

Languages from the Tower of Babel

Hypothesis Stated that languages of the world started at same time with a sudden dispersion (after destruction of tower of Babel).
Prediction
Experimental Data Cultures, tribes, and nations have developed and complex languages from the beggining and possibly getting simpler rather than start simple and gradually increase.
Age of Earth

Hypothesis Stated that Earth is about 5899 years old.
Prediction Signs of young earth in time / rate/ dating calcuations.
Experimental Data Decaying magnetic field, sedimentation load of the oceans, rotational speed of the earth, ice cap accumulation, erosion rate of continents.

Hypothesis Stated that the Universe is now approximatly 5899 years old.
Prediction Should show signs of youth.
Experimental Data Number of supernova remnants, rapid spiral movement within galaxies, formation of galaxies, formation of medium and heavy elements, redshift, distribution of galaxies, star formation, existence of short term comets.
